David, I also regretted not selling MSFT just on the news. Had the opportunity that day...only dumped a part of my position. The market expected a more favorable ruling...i did.

So far today, my Intel indicator is working..it did not tank below yesterday's afterhours quotes..even though the Nasdaq itself is in much worse shape than it seemed afterhours.

The very first day of July should have been a clue as to what was on the way. I was expecting a big rally on that day and was puzzled why it did not happen after quarter end.

Yea, I feel very bearish as well...actually bought a bunch of puts on the QQQs today as a bit of a hedge.

I am holding out "hope" for MSFT and Intel to make a run into earnings.

Have to see how things unfold as volume returns next week. Not too optimistic on earnings either; those that meet or beat numbers will probably guide lower...that is my concern.

Nasdaq closed at the lows of the day.
Definitely looking like late March again.
