Everyone have a great weekend- I'm taking the rest of the day off!

I'm not 100% sure, but I thought you need a gap up as well as lack of shadow for it to be a proper black crow. The idea being that on day one, the market sells off after the open and closes near the lows, day 2 the bulls are frisky and gap it up, only to see the same thing happen. Day 3, the bulls can't believe how cheap everyting is, and gap it up again, only to loose all day long. After that, the bulls aren't frisky anymore.

Still, you have a good point, and my reading of the indicators is pretty negative. I see the SPX/OEX breaking 1205/625 after a failed W lead to a double top as very negative. That, and the way it broke support lead me to
remember what a wise man once said "If it breaks support once, it will do it again"
