My wife found that out. She was billed for a 2nd surgery that wasn't done. Her insurance had paid on it and she pointed it out to the surgeon. 6 months later when the surgeon hadn't contacted the insurance my wife did. The surgeon's reaction was to turn my wife over to collection for not paying the co-pay on the operation that wasn't done. We got that straightened out real quick.
