I drove through Jasper and Banff several years ago with my daughter. It is like Glacier National Park times ten. Unbelievable. I don't believe I could have shown you anything better, although we do have whales and such that the Rockies don't. Edmonton is an amazing city. It's like a smaller Detroit of the north. I was there once during college, and was duly impressed. You have to be careful there, though. They party like there's no tomorrow. We'll be in touch, I'm sure, on the SI network even after I move. We are searching about a 25 mile radius around Spokane Washington, including Idaho. That puts us three hours from a family retreat on Flathead Lake and about 8 hours from our son near Portland. If we ever play golf together, you will have to keep it a secret from my wife. I have this habit of denying that I would ever do such a thing (she can tell you many examples), and then going off and doing them after many years of denial. She would never let me hear the end of it. Good to hear from you Rich. You are a prince among men and golfers.
