I feel strange defending Jerry since I do not like that much but from what I understand his general strategy is to gain the market even if it would mean loosing the money. No matter what his reasons are I think that is the only way for amd to go. Granted that that is a risky way to go and we all should understand that

Barrett and Sanders have both made mistakes. But I think Barrett and Co were trying to make decisions that would improve their company. Autocratic Sanders has been running off a personal vendetta.

I think you are taking Jerry's rhetoric too seriously. A lot of what he says is IMO just trying to motivate the troops and shareholders to stay the course during the frequent storms.

You should look at the actions. He does what he must do to keep the #2 in this business. You can fault management in general for completely blowing the technological lead in last 12 months by executing poorly with Palomino processors but it has nothing to do with vendetta.
