So you are presuming that those who MAKE less that $19K, AND file returns are mostly Democrats. That's a slippery assertion. There are more rural poor than urban poor, more white than black. Then there are those that don't even file. How could you possibly know how many of those there are. And why aren't they filing? Are they tax resisters? How many of those are Dems? Flakes, bums, people who are entirely sub-rosa with cash incomes. How many of these would actually register.....and then actually vote? How could you possibly guess their views? Need we go on?
