Long, LONG lead times in drilling now. May still be reacting to $10.00/ mcf gas in January.

$26 WTI is profitable, just not as profitable as $4.00 gas. For most places, probably around equal at $3.00 gas.

Some of this will be driven by the price of a compressor & sales line vs. the price of a pumpjack & tank.

I know the people raising money are starting to switch to oil. I bet it will take until October 31 to see gas rigs drop
20% from where they are today.
