Before I committed myself, I'd need to see exactly what the contract of insurance provides. I've never seen one.

If they promise to pay, in the event of default, 100% of the amount loaned plus interest, costs and fees, then it's a very risky business, indeed. If they only guarantee a certain amount, maybe not so risky.
