And they are coming here to San Diego from the Bay Area, and think they are stealing the real estate here as well! I have heard from a couple of realtors that they are selling most of their top-dollar properties in not-the-best parts of town to people from up North - they don't know any better! Looks like the dot-bombs and high real-estate prices are resulting in some migration. There was an article in the San Diego Union Tribune a couple of weeks ago about this - people who moved north moving back, and bringing more with them. I think we are going to see a game of musical chairs, myself. :)
