That is most certainly an issue.

Prepaid connotes increasingly inexpensive (low ASP). Prepaid is growing. Cahners mentioned this. China going prepaid heavy and their low ASP & lowered royalty not real healthy for Qualcomm (or anybody else in the industy).

Needs lots of high end to offset the low end.

Absolutely, modem cards, but also embedded chips. Also Machine to Machine (M2M) components in vending machines, appliances, etc.
