The only reason the Philly precincts have been referred to as "100%" turnout is because there is no way (other than 'pure fraud') to describe a greater than 100% turnout. I will call it as it was, a virtual waterfall of fake Gore ballots, all affecting the close Pennsylvania vote and the national totals. Multiply Philadelphia by at least 100 to get a real assessment of the Democrats' crime perpetrated nationwide, and, more importantly, in Florida.

Not only that, it can't be entirely stopped in the short run. See Third Anus' post about literacy tests, as if [my reading of his post] it is assumed they are somehow undesirable. These Democrat crimes occur under the cover of "civil rights" and "justice". Just another great example of a cynical liberal bigotry that goes beyond any prejudice in our history.

Missouri has dealt with some of the most blatant Democratic fraud that occurred in their state. Florida made some changes too. A few other states (hopefully Wisconsin) will follow before 2002. Some states won't bother until they see people going from victory podiums to jail cells. Power corrupts, and the Democrats, if allowed to succeed along this road, will ultimately blow it.

This is not a federal matter. Each state must decide how much integrity they will allow. I believe the great Democratic obscenity of 2000 will move the cause of true reform along a little faster, but it will always be a far-too-slow process. The re-introduction of fair and un-manipulated literacy tests would prove that America has finally resurrected its commitment to representative democracy.

On the bright side, I am convinced that, eventually, America will put the integrity back into the electoral process before everyone is shooting each other in the streets. Hope I'm not wrong about that, because it would be just the kind of thing the Marxian left feeds on...

It's not surprising that in strongly partisan precincts, the preferred candidate will win by overwhelming margins. A number of the counties in Texas, and some precincts in Philly, prove that.

And in Ochiltree County, GW got 2700 votes to Gore's 250! What more proof of fraud do you need? Sounds like they had better have federal marshalls there for the next election!
