On the other hand, you have to understand that law and order are far more important than anything else. Who's "law and order"?? And is not MORE instability created by NOT making the government accountable to its people?? Is not the current communist system nothing more than political organized crime with politicos willing to permit reforms so long as their own priviledged place in the system is not threatened? Hawk
