A hurricane (even if brewing) does not equate to good stock prices. QCOM is priced for perfection and I think it is probably overpriced at 35 as well.
PE is atrocious, growth of cell phones is questionable. Some key patents may expire before Europe even rolls out.
China - last hope for growth does not recognize IP rights.

QCOM may be the last stock to fall but it too will succomb to several rounds of tough love before all is said and done.
