Energy supply didn't have time to change that much. Demand went down some but no more than 15% maximum. Probably less. the California energy crisis is "miraculously" cured. Know what really happened though? When the Senate switched hands the crooks realized they can now get busted (by a Senate Investigative Committe which Lott wouldn't have allowed even if the Texas Cartel bled the whole country dry) and they're hiding and trying to cover their tracks. All the way to the top in the Oval Office. And esp the VEEP's office. The crime has been committed now they're trying to destroy the evidence and cut a deal for immunity.
