Pete Wilson and his supporters are the undisputed architects of the "power shortage" in California. The very idea of prohibiting long-term supply contracts reeks of stupidity or graft.

A similar band of goons are now trying to "de-regulate" water in western states using the same model. Just imagine buying water on a daily spot market, what a scam!
