I'm not kidding. And the use of the words for society eludes you.

And let me point out again that the conditions O'Connor spoke of do not apply here.

And I'll point out again that Justice O'Connor is talking about the entire system and not an individual case. She is addressing the point of the Constitutionality of the Death Penalty; not the Constitutionality of the Death Penalty for McVeigh.
