Hmmm. I wonder if Clinton's real legacy was to pump things up and at the end set the wheels in motion for a big fall so he would be remembered for the good times.

He let things run laissez-faire and then get outta hand for so long, then near the end initiated lots of heavy-handed regs, MSFT antitrust trial, SEC Reg. FD, attacks on various industries, etc., etc., so they'd all take effect and have negative consequences with the next administration, whether Repub. or Dem. Would be just like him (and Hillary).
