Some reflections on the AMD warning:

Damn interesting that AMD is now a "technology bellwether". Bad news from AMD causes the market to crash. What a change. It used to be that a 20% miss in revenue would simply cause sighs and the attitude "what do you expect from a company run by morons". So in some respects, AMD has definitely come a long way.

AMD bad news is also extremely bad news for INTC. Maybe INTC showed some strength on Friday, but this won't last. Look out below!

I figure that the warning knocked about $5/share off of the trading range. Before the range was roughly $25-$35, now it's $20-$30. As such, I think AMD close to $20 is a good bet and I did buy some Friday (OK only 100 shares...).
