Old news. I had posted a link (not on this thread) a few weeks ago about the first two employees of the Southern Cal plant that testified to State officials on Duke withholding power. So? Oh yeah, Guv Gray said they were heroes. How nice. I was thinking Duke was gonna get FERQ'd over...now I think a little slap on the wrist will be more like it. Maybe they might even have to pay back a teeny portion of their profits. Yeah, bring on that justice! LOL <a criminal act> So what else is new? Ever hear of Whitewater? And where are all those witnesses now? Oh that's right, they were busy killing themselves off...I guess all that knowledge was just too much for their brains to retain...ggg Same old, same old.....ad infinitum. zzzzzzzzzz........... Bush and Cheney are immune. When you're at the top, you are just about above the law. They will never be touched. They can appoint another special prosecutor if they want, 'cause the taxpayers are loaded and need to spend some of that excess dough...but that won't change anything. And hey, even if there ever was a problem, that's what Presidential Pardons are for...I hear for a few hundred thou you can get one too....
