Unfortunately the overcharge is NOT gone, and the recent widely-publicized manure is base on invalid static analysis. We should increase debt by as much as necessary to totally privatize Social Security and implement a 10% flat tax with the force of a constitutional amendment (to prevent it from ever being raised). We would then be shocked to see that rascally surplus return within a single election cycle. Growth is something liberals are worse than agnostic about...
