Don't try to deflect the issue. You know where the guilt lies. Why not look into the price spikes of El Paso Gas, Enron and Duke Power instead of avoiding the issue? Do your research. You'll come to one conclusion. That it's all Clinton's fault (just kidding, but you probably will find a way to blame it on anyone but the real crooks).
