Jacob, I read in a trade publication last week about a new startup that is offering storage (network attached, I believe) at unbelievably low prices.

I don't recall exactly how much storage there was, but I believe it was 320GB for $1,500.00 They said it was about 50-80% cheaper than EMC. EMC has great software and uptime performance, but the prices are dropping.

Storage prices are dropping like crazy. I believe IBM is soon introducing a 160GB drive (maybe 4-platters?). They will soon scale to Terabyte drives.
