GE's P/E may be too high in this bear market. If the market continues down, GE might just test the weekly 200 SMA again around 39. I think it could revisit the lows of March.

As for technology in general, the "correction" may not be over. With stocks such as QLGC still enjoying such absurdly high P/E's and with the economic outlook uncertain at best, the market still seems complacent.
