They insist that if the IMT2000 service is delayed and the IS95C service last longer than expected, the upgraded method cannot be equal to the increased amount of traffics.. ---------- It appears all 3 carriers made appropriate moves in accordance with their individual contexts. With LG's dominant participation in the IMT2000 cdma2000 license appearing imminent, it can build out 1x/1xevdo in 3G spectrum, meeting growing capacity needs that may not be addressed with its upgraded existing network. With wCDMA in 3G spectrum receding into SK's and KT's distant future, the additional expense they've invested for overlays will apparently provide additional capacity for their needs.
