i think you'll find COT shows commercials are net short...this last bear rally (and it was a good one) was driven by short covering and company buy backs with a dash of retail chumps thrown in...market bubbles don't bottom with valuations still above historic mean..nor do the bubble leaders recover first in a recovery. sorry to say, but tech will recover LAST in the recovery..when NO ONE wants to buy tech that will signal a bottom for me and i'll start buying.. oh, and softboy..you have picked a few long term winners in telco's...but you have a lot of losers that will be bk in 12 months..i wish you luck.
