And what is wrong with that? If that was the case, there would be real pride in ownership, you could drop $5000 on a top of the line machine, secure in the knowledge that it would keep that status for a while. In addition, there would be no complaints about unstable machines because there would only be the one standard that is compared against. Think of it...
