Yes, it's anti smog and reduced oil consumption.

As for Brazil I believe you are thinking soy oil mixed with the diesel in trucks and busses. Cuts pollution nd smells like McDonalds fries.

Did you know Bush has two proposals, one for credits for alternative energy sources and the other tax credits for hybrid cars?
