JLA, as a lawyer, you should appreciate that what CK and Ish provided was, at best, triple hearsay. The essence of unreliability.

I don't recall Bill providing anything but he may have early on. CK was quoting or I should say misquoting a guy named Stephen Bronar and his co-author who claimed that more voters voted in Philly than were eligible. CK bastardized that and said that 100% of all eligible voters voted in Phila and they voted heavily for Gore.
The Bronar story is quoted in a number of links but it is always exactly the same quote.....they don't show any data but they claim that Phila had a very heavy turnout when in fact it was the lowest turnout for President since 1964. Study the links I supplied which do show all the numbers and decide for yourself.....
