Good info, I've always wondered about the NYSE continued listing requirements--as I think SKI will not meet the minimun closing price requirements as of tomorrows close..Must maintain a $1.00 or higher average closing price, which is determined by the average of the previous 30 days closing prices..who would have thunk it<g>..also their extension(actually their second) on loan defaults is up tomorrow as well..

PS: also interesting to note- the NYSE does not require a company to immediately issue a press release when/if they get the dreaded noncompliance letter..A company has 90 days to inform their shareholders...what kind of sh*t is that? Unreal..maybe the new SEC disclosure rules outweigh the NYSE rules...sounds shadey to me..

Ken, Thanks for the drug stock info.As for alfalfa raising i got my fill of moving irrigation pipes years ago.
