That pizza sounds FANTASTIC, but then, I keep tins of anchovies in the pantry to add to any pizza we order, so my taste is suspect.

We are a family of serious carnivores. Eggplant would not be a welcome meal. But the pork tenderloin is a wonderful idea.

that sounds yummy ...and just reminded me - I've got a new recipe for a clam chowder I've been dying to try . Course I will not be using fresh clams... but will just have to make do .

I love this - we can keep sparking each other for imaginative dinner ideas!

On the pork loin - another alternative is a slightly sweet vinaigrette (chinoise style ) that you actually marinate the cooked, sliced pork in. Had that in a chinese cooking class and have always enjoyed it. Very simple but delicious
