Thank you Larry for saying it. Maybe I'm not the only one on this planet still running DOS. People click on some icons to check files, I do a "dir/w" on black and white screen. Still love the sound from my dot matrix printer, the beats are steady like a metronome. Looks like a lot of pessimism out there after last week. ok well HERE is the kicker, and the sad thing is- this ISNT a joke.. My new computer allows me to use either SDRAM pc100 or pc133, or I can put in DDR ram.. All have plummeted in pricing, so being cheap here made no sense.. not to mention that I get everything at cost.. Welp, suffice to say that when I bought the system I had the brainstorm that I had a spare 128mb in my older system, so no need to spend $20 bucks or $50 for the ddr, ill just take out the 128.. BOttom line is- now I have a 1 gig machine, using a 128mb/pc100, which forced me to step the machine down to a 400mhz : ) who the HELL buys a new system and steps it down because of a $20 product.. not to mention that every day I move several thousand pieces of the crap right out the door.. Its one thign to be frugal but.. Everyone is being warned to ignore me this week and next.. My mom is staying with me, and needless to say- I have been on my own for some time now, and there IS a reason IM single.. Im difficult to be around for more then small doses.. God bless her- shes going to remember real fast that horrendous temper that I had growing up.. We joke about it now as we grow older and I slowwwwlllyyyy mellow out, but you can spend hours going thru my childhood pictures and you wont see a smile on my face.. not in one : ) and I had a great childhood.. I just love being pissed.. WHat else can I say? Ready to add RBAK tomorrow.. Trying to decided wether to dump IRF, PPDI im not adding, just setting a stop.. CCMP eithyer breaks 50 or 60, so no way in hell im going to get emotional on it this time.. its a hit or miss, not much thought beyond that.. really should never be but..
