Hey GZ,

Venice Beach is just as crowded but that's what makes it interesting. I know you may be purchasing if the market tests the lows, but I was wondering if you are using stops to protect the asset appreciation, which your uncanny market wisdom predicted or, are you just going to buy no matter what?

Blitz

P.S. Word to the wise, Friday the 13th would not be a good day to go to the beach:)

Was at Venice Beach last year. Were very few people there for a major metropolitan beach in summer at the weekend. Very beautiful views excellent weather.

You should see Coogee in the summer. Of course beaches east of Canberra are mostly very empty all the time.
