Marek, If you can obtain what i would view as a "Smoking Gun" to display out into the open gold price manipulation, either legal or illegal, then for sure please forward that information to Bill Murphy of Gold Anti-Trust Action before disclosing it on this thread. You may enter into a sort of "Need to Know" catagory with Gata and/or those associated with their cause and yourself obtain additional information or directions, but with an agreeded upon policy that it not be made public, with means that you would not even be able to reply to Hutch that eventhought you can not supply the proof, you now are able to show that you have been correct and on target, but then you would not be allowed to even say that unless you wish to disconnect a flow of info. I must add that Hutch is very precise in his dealings with the sort of topic discussed on this thread, and accounting for those times when he becomes an object of scorn amd may reply subjectively with emotions, rather than objective with the knowledge that the scorner is baiting him, he will, as we all do at times, put forth erroneous thoughts that should be recognized as stuff one should not tag as proof that this person is incorrect. That said, Hutch in my observations does not go on wild-goose chases trying to explain someone's illogical battles they conduct towards him. Also, unlike the Fools_Gold_Teacher often used tactic to re-write history to prove her point, Hutch looks forward so that progress can be made rather than her quest to obtain a status of greatness based on her stumpling past mistakes re-writen by herself. The point i am trying to make is that you may be trying to prove or show or identify a state of affairs that has already been completed in identification. Not needed by yourself to stop and re-examine yourself is true based on yourself's thinking, but if you did you may help yourself in that to seperate from what you are trying to accomplish with any Hutch connection will allow you to stop and go to the beginning and obtain a fresh and maybe new look at what specific you are doing. Something about a fixed amount of physical gold being sold more than once in the form of certificates. Are there any instances in any markets where this is done legally? For sure an illegal one is the scam & con to sell the same piece of Florida land that may or not exist to many northern folks so that when they retire in 20 years they can live on it. You have ofcourse mentioned derivatives as part of this picture, and yes i agree that if one wanted to sell the same physical gold many times with each certificate pointing to the same single instance of physical gold, then yes complex derivatives would be a good con & scam method to accomplish that, and if Hutch knew on this happening and spoken publicly about it and did not report a crime in progress, then depending on Canadian laws he might be required to report it. Lots of times it depends on the occupation of the observer of a crime to determine if they are breaking a law not to report certain criminal acts. Please outline your task and objectives without any i am right and he is wrong elements. d:oug
