Katherine and threaders, If the software companies are the fertilizer, then, IMO, we are starting to see a upturn. When is MSFT's XP due out, October '01? I understand it is a memory hog. It appears logical that the Semi's should start moving this FALL as the customers, computer manufacturer's and Suppliers see the need for additional memory. IMO, the Equipment makers would be the first to move since the manufacturer's must have the equipment to make the upgrades. I understand that the 512 RAM chip is due out this FALL.

Katherine, how do you see the above playing out through the levels. What do you think all of us should be looking for indications in total and at each level? Do you have any ideas of time lines or time lags between each level?

Maybe, if we, collectively, are able to see the indicators then perhaps we can get so ideas where an when to invest in particular stocks.

Just my opinions.
