thanks, that is good information indeed.

Reading through some of the recent 10Qs, I am surprised to find the refi cycle appears to have peaked already. Residential resale had slowed significantly. Here in San Diego, I actually saw a rider on a For Sale sign that I have not seen in years - REDUCED!!

So many choices. Now it is a question of who offers the best potential. May be CD and GDW?
