What still gives me hope about earnings is that Veritas software seems to have confirmed numbers for the year..they are the biggest name in storage software. So it can't be a generalization EVEN within the storage sector. VRTS and VRSN are two of the biggest liars still left. Total crap. When a single company in a sector says everything is fine it is 100% horsesh*t. Look at CIEN, kept saying everything was OK OK OK. Well the market no longer believes it. People have to believe in something and right now it is a strange collection indeed. NVDA (on a product not even out), VRSN (on registering dot.com names and other total garbage, how this stayed up in la-la lland I will never know), VRTS on lies until they warn, see the light or proclaim sudden lost visibility. Then there will be some new POS rising to the top to take their place. Last year it was PWER on guilder's POWERCOSM revolution, this year XBOX BS and the above, also bios that will not make dime one on royalties for 12 years. Hope hope hope hope and hope. Idiots buying on misguided hope and crooked recommendations from wall street liars. Eventually the bottom will be in and no one will believe the liars. M
