Ed, no one can perfectly guess a bottom...

If I may make a recommendation, if you have X amount of money that you want to invest in Cisco divide it into X/10 blocks.

Use the first X/10 block and purchase some now....

Place a limit at say, 20% below current price, X/5 (doubled position)

Place another limit at say 15% below that last price, x/5

Get my point? And, forget about the orders and Cisco...
