Question... Why can't VSH just take over SILI? They own 80% of it and acquired another 2.5 Million shares of SILI during the offer. So now they own at least 85 to 90% of the company?VSH said they needed another 5 million shares of SILI when they started all of this. SILI has a lot of cash on the books and I believe that SILI would be accretive to VSH's already impressive earnings.

I'm long VSH and KEM but not SILI. My observation is that if VSh keeps buying SILI on the open market that will be a long term driver to SILI's stock price.

Thanks, Jerome
