Turning dates are posted on the back of most indexes and stocks nowadays. It's required by law, though not all stocks comply. Look under "Saturated Fat." Saturated Fat is actually quite high for most Nasdaq stocks right now, not surprisingly. Some stocks are composed entirely of saturated fat.

I'm not sure what formula the Federal Government uses to calculate turning dates. I imagine it's unreliable, whatever it is. It probably uses e-waves -- or maybe some other extraordinary popular delusion. I really don't know. I do know that a portfolio low in saturated fat can reduce the risk of heart disease.
