Probably not the best example but certainly

if only one firm in the United states offers a product, and even if there is an international competitor, you can not automatically brand our domestic company a monopoly.

Transmeta is a very weak competitor to Intel. I think I last saw that it got less than 1% of the maket on the most recent product introduction.
