Many a people had asked me this question during the first up leg from the bottom of the SOX at 437-430 area, at 540 area break upwards I had decided that enough is made and next money should pour in at 680 plus with two days break. That saved a lot of my neck to get in again, right now I am looking at this very doable 1228 break on double close basis, if we do that we go a lot higher and I will consider this recent break as a dip and a higher bottom if we fail in next few days to take that level we go lot lower, right now I am looking at purely technical trading, companies have nothing to tell me, although the last time discount rates were at 3.25 in the cycle in 1992 and in 1960-61 we had few great years of move, for me this is a beginning of a major move but for me that gaps can easily be filled too, so I am making room for some money to be available at the lows if it happens and be prepared to take advantage of a move if by any chance that may be available.
