Once demand picks up and there is little supply and no inventory then BOOM! That's why I maintain that the tech recovery will be pretty sudden when it happens. All these lay-offs to make quarterly numbers. May have to hire back 9 months later. Inventories are scheduled to be burnt off within 0-6 months.
