Ice cold lemonade in the Summer.....nothing better. Well, maybe ice cold watermelon!! Thanks, Tom! <g> Here's a quick way to use all those Cherry tomatoes we are picking this time of year. This is compliments of EMAZING Recipes. Smoked Oyster And Tomato Appetizer Makes about 12 12 Cherry tomatoes 1 can of Smoked oysters (Colossal-size works best) Drain the oysters. Remove the stem top from the tomatoes. Cut a large "X" in the top of each tomato. Stuff each tomato with an oyster. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
