Tim,

While I agree that I'd borrow all the money I could at "subsidized" rates, i.e. below market rates. One should factor in the amount of debt and interest expense a corporate has.

Leverage, or debt, actually helps a company. However, like the saying "too much of a good thing", too much debt can help a company....
