QQQ stalled today. Which way will it resolve itself? I score MSFT down, CSCO up, INTC ?? reversed up too but it's a tricky thing that I can't trust here. Anyway, bought CSCO today but won't be holding if we break down tomorrow.

QQQs should start moving tomorrow..upward.
IMHO, MSFT weakness is very temporary and should give the Nasdaq an additional push soon. It has some temporary news that also seems to be hitting it...MSN messenger outages into 7th day. It is the type of stock that can rally into earnings and should even though the TA will point to a breakdown. I consider it a fairly safe bet for a gain in MSFT into next week.
Cisco is uncertain to me.
Intel should fly into earnings next week!

GLW bad news afterhours is not a surprise to anyone who follow the optical/telecom sector. Weakness in photonics but fiber and displays seem OK.
Optical is the weakest tech sector.

Totally a different situation compared to EMC last week. EMC seemed to have surprised some investors (including myself).

I would note that GLW was weak during the day and if some people knew about the possibility of the afterhours news, buyers could have held back a bit. That is the only way I can explain GLW's price movement when compared to others in the sector. This is just speculation.

It looks good for today's rally to extend into tomorrow.

JMHO.
