I've been looking for a reference to the german mark devaluation of the late 70's/early 80's... but so far no luck... I've been thinking some commentary on that event might be helpful... Also, as a target point.. the dollar rose to 3.50 german marks around 1988-89.. about a 1.20 from here. Something maybe to think about. J
