tcmay, RE: insider sales

Insiders have until the 10th of the following month to report actual sales. Thus, regarding IBM's filing to sell TMTA back in May, they didn't sell their stock in May, for sure, at least unless IBM for some reason decided to all of a sudden not follow regulations.

If IBM sold any TMTA stock in June, their report is due today, so you won't have to wait too long to find out for sure.

edit: looking at jackrabbit's post to me on this same issue, it's pretty clear that IBM probably doesn't have the obligation to file a form 4. I mistakenly believed that IBM was an insider here.

I need to remember to finish up my quarterly stuff before jumping on the boards, particularly in stocks that I don't follow as actively, such as TMTA or AMD. I've got too many windows open right now.
