Gary don't forget the 15,672,173 shares they can convert from the $900,000 loans and the warrants for 22 million more shares at .0575. That totals out to more that 39 million shares. The company had 4.29 million shares outstanding before this transaction. Looks like Reich could own 87% of the company eventually.

It is hard to believe that the company was that hard pressed for funds. Reich's expertise/leadership must be the key.
