TraderMike - Re: BSML

I am short 1/2 position, which is about 3% of the portfolio.
So far, I am under water by 34%.
I have been very reluctant to add so far to my position.
Major reason:
18-Jun-01 REED, JOHN
Director, Chief Executive Officer 22,831
BSML Purchased at $10.95/Share.
Cost of $249,999.

Fundamentally they are very poor in my eyes.
Giant debt/equity ratio of 1.92
pretty small cash position, despite some new financing.
26.7% short interest (you know as well as I do what this means - shorts might be early, but this kind of number usually is not wrong in the long run)

Mike thank you, I very much appreciate your warning.
I have thought about covering several times, but the fundamental story has stopped me every time for now.

Anyway, good luck to you and your long position.
May the best man win, so far you are making me look silly. LOL

Michail
