Very few folks will achieve the success that you enjoy with your current strategy with puts & calls. Joe six pack (J6P) generally does not have the tools, the time, the patience, nor the ability to execute time & time again to beat the potential returns of a LTB&H investor in a select few industry leaders. You are a rare breed that can time an entry correctly, cut losses quickly or book profits timely & move on to the next play. You have beat the odds IMO. I tip my hat to you. I appreciate the fact that you regularly warn folks that what you do is very risky. I think those who trade could benefit from your style of trading, but it should only be a small part of their strategy until they learn whether or not they can be successful. FWIW, I have tried this style a bit over the last year or so & I have taken a severe beating overall. Of course I tried it while still a perma-bull in one of the worst bear markets in history of the NAZ......... Even still, I learned a great deal & use this strategy sparingly now. In the end, it will most likely benefit J6P to make LTB&H a significant part of their investment strategy IMVHO. <edit> I believe, like you, that most folks on SI are not LTB&H. I also believe that we are mostly a cut above the average investor.......... but we each need to know our own limits & levels of expertice before we hit that buy button<>. BTW, thanks for your efforts to share your thoughts, & strategies with us RR. I always look forward to your POV....... plus the reports from the home/critter front :-) Ö¿Ö
